To post in the forum you need to register for a account, registration is free.
PLEASE BASE YOUR USER NAME ON YOUR REAL NAME
When you register you will be sent an email,
It wil take a few minutes to arrive in your Inbox
Also check your junk mail folder !!!!
click the link in the email ,
The email will also confirm your user name and password
All you have to do is click the link, your computer will send a message to start your account.
Wait a few minutes for the account to activate
then login to your account to check your account works.

There are two ways to post.
1. Just log on first, and make your post, you will not see any anti spam graphics,
2. If you dont login first,you will be asked for your user name and password, also you will have to type in the code from the anti spam graphic.
if the graphic is hard to read , refresh the graphic, you will see another graphic.
Also the internal email system works only after you have made 10 posts
that is set by the ISP, and is an anti spam feature. If you want to use it I can alter the recorded number of posts you have made so it will work for you
