| I hear it has been mild for most Bruce so I hope if that is what you have that you too have but a mild dose. My wife has had Whooping cough and that is a pain too. Hope you recover soon Bruce. Dave |

Hope you feel better soon, Bruce. Most of the cases now seem to be mild, which is a blessing! Are you taking lots of Vitamin C, Vitamin D and garlic? How about the rest of your immediate family, have they come down with it yet? Was wondering how quickly it was spreading in households.

Folks what i meant to say but could not find the energy to edit the post at the time was yes it is a swine of a flu. with out getting it tested it just could be the real thing given all the hundreds of people that use our trains and visit the OMG.
This damn thing hit me like a ton of bricks.
On saturday night i went out to get some pizza for tea at 5.30pm I was feeling a little tired but felt ok, but had a little cough
by 8.30pm whamo it was full on,
I felt like I had been run over by a train, every joint and muscle ached super tight metal band around the head giving a headache sweats, chills and lots of heavy duty coughing non of the usual pain killers did much for the aches which usually only last 3-4 days but this is day 5 but i think things are changeing for the better or the nerve endings have just all failed

A friend from Stanley had it and said it was like the devil trying to get out via her spine. Ouch!
