to put a picture in a post .
1. the picture has to be hosted somewhere on the net ie. in the space your isp gives you
2. you click the yellow square icon in the FORMAT section and something like this appears(img)(/img) it realy has square brackets.
then insert the FULL url of where the picture is hosted,
example
(img) http://www.kellycountry200000.com/xyz.jpg (/img)
please keep pictures to 320x240 or there abouts
